For the second weekend in a row a volunteer group of girls called "The Gathering Angels" has served food donated by a local Mediterranean Restaurant to the less fortunate at Boyle Street. The Gathering Angels want to give back and are learning life skills and volunteering in the community to do that.

It seems every political party has internal conflicts so its not surprising that at a news conference yesterday NDP leader Rachel Notley was asked about a letter alleging disrespect and mistreatment of party volunteers as well as other issues. Rachel Notley responded that the executive is looking into it but would not commit to making the results of the investigation public.

Keeping a home clean and organized is a challenge for anyone, but one that is especially daunting for people with disabilities. The following article is about a young woman who volunteered her spare time to help people with disabilities clean and organize their home. She placed an ad and got more requests for help than she was able to fulfill so she's looking for volunteers to help more people keep a tidy home.
