LONGTIME COMMUNITY STORE FORCED TO CLOSE

Ralph's Handi Mart and the Saleh family who owned it were a fixture in the Starthearn community for over 35 years. They were forced to close to make way for a new high-rise development. The Saleh family sold eveything you'd find in most convenience stores plus their fried chicken, Slurpees and chip became known city wide. But would made their store so special was Saleh family themselves. They loved the Starthearn community and the Starthearn community loved them back which became evident the last days before Ralph's Handi Mart closed for the last time Saturday.

The Saleh family may consider reopening Ralph's Handi Mart if they can find another location in Starthearn and if they do, it will be the next chaper in a wonderful a story. For now the testimony of this chapter is that a servant attitude and truly caring is the secret to customer servive.
