TRANSFORM RATHER THAN DEMOLISH

As we travel my wife, a lifelong resident ( less 7 years) of Edmonton has commented about how many older buildings, important artifacts of the past with character and stability have been demolished in Edmonton. The City has created a tax incentive to encourage developers to transform rather than demolish heritage buildings so hopefully we will see some of these heritage building renovated, restored and repurposed.
