UPGRADING ROSSDALE
I must be one of thousands who've driven past the Rossdale Power Plant area and thought of what a how it could be beautified and the power plant repurposed like they have done with power plants in London.
The City of Edmonton must have had the same thoughts for on Tuesday they unveiled a 5 part development plan for the area around the Rossdale power plant that would transform the area into a vibrant community and draw visitors to this area of the city that borders the river.
