THE RETURN OF THE e-SCOOTERS

There are many, like myself who have mixed thoughts about rental e-scooters. On the positive side I've thought an e-scooter looks like a fun way to get a close up view of the city and/or just to get from point A to point B. On the negative side is how some e-scooter renters have made roads and sidewalks unsafe and the haphazard way many are left for pickup.
