Quebec to impose health tax on unvaccinated Canadians

Ezra Levant just tweeted a response (below) to Quebec announcing there will be a “healthcare charge” for unvaccinated people. "Quebec announces fines for people who don’t take the vaccine. Like Cuba, Canada has government run-health care so there is nowhere for vaccine refugees to go. This suggests they will be banned from receiving health care. This violates the Hippocratic oath."
