CITY COUNCILLOR PROPOSES CURTAILING SHORT TERM RENTALS
City councillor Michael Janz thinks Edmonton should consider a similar ruling on short term rentals as British Columbia has done. This would mean only allow those who live on the property to rent it out short term with a 90 day limit cap which would affect short term house or an apartment rentals through platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
Should Edmonton limit short term rentals such as is being done in British Columbia?
