PROFESSIONAL PICKLEBALL COMES TO EDMONTON THIS WEEKEND

Although pickleball began in the 1960's it exploded in popularity during the pandemic. There are eight professional teams in the Canadian National Pickleball League and more in the USA. Pickleball first became popular with the older set but younger people are joining the sport in droves and new pickleball courts are springing up like mushrooms.

Edmontonians will have the opportunity to see some of the best pickleball players in Canada this Saturday and Sunday at the Flair Airlines Hangar in EXPO Centre.
