A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN

It seems safe to say that I'm not the only one who questions why the South Valley LRT doesn't have any controlled crossings. They haven't gone through the testing phase as yet and there have already been a number of accidents, thankfully no one has been seriously injured or worse. The accidents have served to sound a warning alarm and we hope the powers that be are hearing it as well as residents' concerns.
