ONE OF TWO CERTAINTIES COMING SOON IN YOUR MAIL

It is an old adage that says there are 2 certainties in life;....death & taxes. If you're reading this, you're past the 1st certainty but I've got news (not good) on the 2nd. Property tax notices will be mailed out in May and will show a tax increase of 4.96% which equates to an average of $34 more annually for every $100,000 in property value...which is certainty #2.
