IN or OUT of ZONE
Its been about 60 years since the zoning bylaws have been seriously looked at and they are in need of a thorough look over and update. City council's urban planning committee presented the first draft Tuesday and after public consultation the final version will be presented to council sometime in 2023. Its too early to say what the final version will entail but its is safe to say Edmontonians will be in for some significant, transformational, and permanent changes once the zoning bylaw renewal process is complete.
