NEW FIRE STATION GOING GREEN
The new fire station being built in Windermere is the first of its kind in Edmonton to go Net-Zero using a combination of solar arrays, geothermal heating and cooling and sustainable design. The budget for the new station is $18.29 million but there are no cost comparisons for what a conventional site of that size would cost.
