FIRST WAS 18, THEN RAISED TO 21 AND NOW RAISED AGAIN T0 30

The title might make you think we were referring to a poker game somewhere which to many readers would be preferred but that is not the case. The title is referring to the number of concrete support piers of the Valley Line LRT southeast extension which are in need of repairs and keeps on rising. In August it was reportaed that 18 needed repairs, that was raised to 21 in September and the latest report is that 30 are in need of repairs. Although Edmonton taxpayers are not on the hook for the repairs many are frustrated, disappointed and tired of waiting for a project that should have been in service two years ago
