WILL INCREASE IN PARKING RATES MEAN A FURTHER DECREASE FOR DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES?

The City is justifying the parking rate increase by saying it is long overdue and in line with parking rates in other cities. That may be but Puneeta McByran of the Downtown Business Association says one of the biggest complaints they receive has to do with parking.
