The Edmonton Food Bank is running low and they are making a special request for donations either at the Heritage Festival and/or their local grocers.

According to Edmonton’s Food Bank the city needs to use its influence to fix the root causes of poverty. The Food Bank said governments and society need to address the reasons why people are being forced into poverty in the first place.
