We've just started our long awaited summer season but there are some who have been thinking about last winter's snow and street clearing that left many citizens and neighbourhoods frustrated to say the least. To avoid a repeat Council’s community and public services found $4.7 M is a reserve fund and have earmarked it to be used for snow clearing before the actual budget is passed in December. City council is aiming for a bigger budget to speed up improve snow clearance and keep residential streets in better condition.
