For too long businesses and the general public have had to deal with people who have relieved themselvesin (if & when allowed), in front of, behind and/or near public places which has created an unsightly, smelly environment for all.City council has committed nearly $6 million for temporary and permanent public washrooms in 12 locations which works out to an average of $500,000/washroom. This is in addition to  the reopening of 10 transit washrooms.
