DisabledParkingProtest

One would think the familiar "disabled parking" logo/icon would be enough to dissuade able drivers from parking in those spots but evidently that is not the case. To bring awareness of the problem to municipal authorities, law enforcement agencies and general public a protest is scheduled for today at the 99 Avenue and 109 Street government parking lot. The Wheelie Peeps who are hosting the protest will be joined by Wheels of Change another advocacy group. The protest's aim is to get the logo/icon message "DISABLED PARKING" recognized and enforced.
