If you do a search for shoemakers in Edmonton what you will most likely come up with is listings of shoe repair shops. A shoe repair shop is much different than a shoemaker such as found at Custom Shoes by Zapato Sanchez at West Edmonton Mall. There are few skilled shoemakers in Canada so to have Julio & Rodrigo Sanchez set up shop in Edmonton is special. I may not be able to afford their shoes but I can appreciate their skill and craftsmanship.
