Amazon

Something I think is most companies  abhor but is within their purview to avoid is their employees moving to organize a union. Amazon is one of the largest companies in the world and is now facing the threat of unionization in a number of their locations including South Edmonton. I'm of the mindset that if companies treated their employees fairly and equitably as integral partners employee' animosity and grievances would not rise to the level where they think unionization is the only recourse.
