Wyvern

Wyvern, an Edmonton based company is getting set to launch its first satellite in April. The satellite is a hyperspectral imaging satellite that is capable of capturing hyperspectral optical data that can be used by a variety of industries. Edmonton is home base for Wyvern's ingenuity, design and adminitration, the optical equipment is built in Scotland and the satellite will be launched by the SpaceX transporter at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

This is a another great success story that hopefully will inspire other Edmontonians to reach for new heights!
