News has just been released that there has been another delay on the Valley Line LRT due to cables having to be replaced. Its hard to keep count of the number of delays and why and each time an announcement is made that the City will not have to pay more. I've read that I'm reminded of the saying "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". We pobably won't know until well into the future if the City had to bear any of the delay costs, but how does count the costs of inconvenience, and incompetence?
