Last September Dexter Twardzik was inspired watching a local band with his band members. His inspiration and a lot of planning and organizing resulted in another Edmonton festival, the HI-LIGHT FESTIVAL. The HI-LIGHT FESTIVAL is going to feature 44 bands from Edmonton and area, playing in seven venues April 27-30. There will a few bands that have been playing together for some time and a number of new bands that will be adding to to Edmonton's rich and talented music scene.
