City Council has decided to sell 2 plots of land obtained between 2008 and 2018 to affordable housing developers. One site is located at the intersection of Rowland Road and 95 Street and consists of six individual lots. The second site is a half-acre lot at the corner of 96 Street and 102A Avenue which has the historical Koermann Block, on it.
