Every winter this intersection is flooded with water that undergoes a freeze/thaw cycle. It is the result of windrows covering catch basins on either side of the intersection. Calling the City is futile. They have been out twice but can't figure out how to clear the windrows to channel the water to the catch basins. This is a serious hazard, Handicapped people, children, and pedestrians have to walk on the road to avoid the pooled water. The catch basins work fine if unobstructed by windrows but the City fails to remedy this problem. Notifying the city, EPCOR, Keren Tang, and the Mayor does not get results.
