Like any family on a fixed budget Edmonton's budget is limited and like a family City Council must decide what is essential and what is extra. Councils delieberations were stoked by City Manager Andre Corbould's comments about not enough Edmontonians want to see climate-related projects funded in the 2023-2026 capital budget.
