Yesterday members of the Downtown Recovery Coalition voiced the concern of businesses, residents, developers, social agencies, and arts organizations regarding the current state and needs of the downtown core. The coalition’s focus is on cleanliness and infrastructure, safety and security, as well as transformational projects which will require all levels of government to make this a priority.
