EDMONTON TO BAN SOME PLASTIC AND STYROFOAM

Its now official, environmental concerns have motivated City Council to officially ban some plastic and styrofoam products effective July 1, 2023. In addition to the ban Council also approved a schedule of fees for new paper shopping bags and new reusable shopping bags.
