EDMONTON EXPLORING WAYS TO REDUCE ILLEGAL DRUG POISONINGS

Illegal drug poisoning deaths are on the rise and what to do about it in Edmonton is currently being explored by. One of the ways being considered is  Government-approved drug checking program such as has been implemented in other Canadian cities. There is no firm estimate on what a drug-checking program could cost taxpayers and at least one Councillor doesn't think a drug-checking program would reverse a lot of the overdoses.
