GARBAGE IN...GARBAGE OUT

Its been about a year since a three-stream waste collection system was inaugurated for single-family homes in Edmonton.The city is now considering the best way to implement a similar three stream waste collection program for multi unit residences. The options being considered are a city controlled service or privatized service.
