INVESTMENT IN THE FUTURE
What began as a vision in 2018 culminated today with the ribbon cutting ceremony and official opening of the new Forest Heights playground. A committed and dedicated group of parents led the charge, gained the support of Forest Heights school and community League, the community at large and raised almost $500,000 through many fundraising efforts and the generosity of many donors.
The opening was well attended and to watch the children run and play on the new playground the return on investment became immediately apparent and will only increase in the years to come. Job well done and an example of a very successful community led initiative.
