SMITH TO CREATE COUNCIL TO ADVISE ON EDMONTON ISSUES

Although the UCP won the election the NDP made inroads in Calgary and completely shut out the UCP in Edmonton. In what may prove to be a first step to changing the political landscape in Edmonton, Premier Smith considers creating an advisory council of defeated candidates.
