On Tuesday Mayor Sohi announced "Meet Me Downtown", another $6.5 outlay to revitalize the downtown core. Lorne Gunter reasons that monies spent on "Meet Me Downtown" and previous programs have not had the desired return on investment which is to revitalize the downtown core.
