SENATE PASSES BILL C-11AND IT BECOMES LAW

After many years of debate Bill C-11 has now become law. Just what that means to Canadians is still unclear and it may take months to find out. The Liberals gave a "public assurance" that Bill C-11 "will not apply to user-generated digital content" but there is ample reason to be sceptical about that. The Conservatives have pledged to repeal Bill C-11 should they form government.
