One of the harbingers of spring that I could rely on in the past was the arrival of crows and robins. Now that spring has (almost) arrived we look for the first sightings of scooters and ebikes. They have arrived and there are more of them than ever. Maybe this years I can convince my wife to go for a scoot with me.
When not in use these are a total eyesore and is turning our city into what looks like a junk yard! They present one more thing that needs bylaws, regulation and government oversight because most citizens are not responsible to care for/steward someone else's property.
Agreed, and my daughter who is an OR nurse and has seen the outrageous damages caused by them, recommends never using one... even with a helmet.
