JUST BE CAUSE

I didn't watch the Junos but I sure read about one happening in them since Monday. Casey Hatherly, who goes by the first name Ever from Vancouver claims to be an independent activist made news around the world with her bare breasted appearance on stage at the Junos.  Casey/Ever says she made her trip to Edmonton to disrupt the Junos and get her bodily scribed messages out regarding climate change.

I don't think the Junos are normally of that much interest beyond a Canadian audience but Casey Hatherly's/Ever's bare breasted appearance gave the Junos and her climate change message an audience far beyond Canada.

Although I don't agree with Casey Hatherly's/Ever's message or methodology I do applaud the fact that she stands up, even bare breasted, for what she believes in. Would that more of us would do the same!
