SUNSHINE PROTECTION ACT MAY BRING AN END TO SEASONAL TIME CHANGES IN EDMONTON & ALL OF CANADA

One of the reasons some Canadian provinces have not made daylight time permanent is that would put them out of sync with USA states. Senator Marco Rubio reintroduced the Sunshine Protection Act, which would make daylight time permanent and if it goes through it would allow U.S.A states to enact their own changes which would have a bearing on Canada's Provincial clocks.
