BE DONE WITH IT
I recently watched a video of the demolishing of the "ghost cities" built in China approximately 10 years ago. If China can demolish that many apartment complexes in a matter of minutes I fail to understand why Edmonton has to wait until 2025 and spend an estimated $35 million toward the demolition of the old and derelict Northlands Coliseum.
If the decision is to be done with Northlands Coliseum then bring in experts to demolish the building and remove the debris. I'm certain it could be sooner than 2025 and for considerably less than $35 million.
Do you think could be demolished and debris removed before 2025 and for less than $35 million.
