Mavis Shaw and her daughter Tamara Dolinsky's "Foilemfence" was the product that was chosen as the best to prevent thefts of catalytic converters. Catalytic converter theft is on the increase globallyand was reflected in the 240 proposals from around the world. The winning duo are awaiting patent confirmation and when they get that hopefully their "Foilemfence" will help put a stop to these thefts not only in Edmonton, but globally.
