BEAUTIFYING THE NEIGHBOURBOURHOOD
Someone has been beautifying utility poles with their artwork in Queen Alexandra and Allendale neighbourhoods....one at a time!
I'm an art lover so think adding some creativity to these poles which don't do anything to enhance the visual landscape is great! What about you?
