BIKE LANES DON'T MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY
Bike lanes don't make everyone happy and the latest to voice their displeasure are residents who live on the road that runs parallel to Victoria Promenade. They are upset with the city after about 20 parking stalls were removed to make way for a bike lane.
