SMALL ENCAMPMENTS BEING CONSIDERED FOR HOMELESS

The number of homeless is increasing across North America and cities are exploring what can be done to alleviate the problem. Rather than the pop up camps in the river valley or elsewhere Edmonton is considering a pilot project of running small encampments of tents or mobile structures.
