RESTAURANTS STRUGGLE WITH HIGH INFLATION

Its been a couple of difficult years for business and amongst those hardest hits were restaurants, especially those which are privately owned. First was Covid followed by high inflation, rising costs, labor shortages and people not eating out as much are presenting new and persistent challenges.
