CITY COUNCIL DECIDES MASKS ON ...RESTRICTIONS EXCEMPTION PROGRAM (REP) OUT

City council met yesterday and decided not to bring into effect a city-run vaccine passport program to replace the province’s Restrictions Exemption Program (REP) that was repealed Wednesday. They have however decided to keep the policy regarding masking in place indefinitely even though the masking policy is being lifted across the province effective March 1st.
