INCREASING GUN VIOLENCE MAKES POLICING MORE DUFFICULT & DANGEROUS
Most police officers are probably more concerned about their jobs than ever before and they have pleanty of reasons to be. In the last week 6 people were shot in Edmonton and 5 of those died. THe two officers killed on Thursday probably never thought they'd be ambushed but they were and paid the ultimate price. Their deaths highlight the reality that police don't know what to expect on any call or vehicle stop and have to be on high alert at all times.
