TOWNHALL MEETING REVEALS PROBKEMS STILL EXIST WITH SNOW REMOVAL

City councillor Tim Cartmell held a town hall meeting Wednesday to field peoples' questions and complaints about snow removal and he got an earful.The city made adjustments to improve snow removal but the town hall meeting made it clear there's still work to do.
