Almost any day you choose to drive down the Jasper Avenue from 101 -109 streets you'll see almost the same number of "for lease" signs as people. Industry leaders and others recognize that the downtown core needs to be resuscitated soon or it will be beyond the "best by" recovery date. The problem is many faceted and there is no easy or simple solution.
