220 TREES IN HAWRELAK WILL FACE THE AXE

The Silver Skate Festival that runs Feb. 10-20 will be the final event at Hawrelak Park before it closes for what is planned to be a three year rehabilitation project. The trees that will be cut down will be replaced with native species in various stages of growth.
