WANTON VANDALISM OF 145 BUS SHELTERS IS EXTREMELY COSTLY
The inconvenience to transit riders who get some protection from the elements in the shelters, the cost of cleanup, repair and replacement elevate make this an extremely costly vandalism spree. Its difficult to believe that 145 bus shelters could be vandalized in one week and there not be any live or CCTV witness to identify the perpetrators so they could be charged and billed.
