SLOWING DOWN IS BETTER THAN BUMPING UP
The first time I encountered speed bumps was in the USA in in 1969 and I wasn't impressed with my first impression. Its many years later and I now know that there's a simple antidote to the erecting and encountering those annoying speed bumps.........slow down!
In response to the hundreds of complaints from residents about drivers speeding through residential and school areas ward pihêsiwin Counsellor Tim Cartmell has reached the end of his rope and is asking drivers to slow down and obey the speed limit or ........prepare for a bumpy ride. Believe me its better to slow down both for the ride and wallet.
